Quality Lead – First Shift

We are seeking a motivated and experienced First Shift Quality Lead to support daily operations and guide our finishing team. This role is responsible for leading employees, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

Schedule:
First Shift (hours can be customized as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of finishing employees during daily operations
• Train new and existing employees on processes, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor workflow to ensure production goals are met in a timely manner
• Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Ensure adherence to safety and company policies
• Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting on the floor

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or lead experience required
• Strong ability to train, coach, and work effectively with employees
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Finishing experience is a plus, but not required
