Outside Sales Representative/Kitchen Design

Century Cabinetry, PA is a leading regional cabinet manufacturer and distributor located in Eastern PA. Century services primarily the new construction and distributor market. Established in 1976, our dedication to producing quality cabinetry has created an opportunity for a Cabinet Sales Representative/Territory Manager (preferably located in Southeastern PA/Central NJ area).

Qualifications:

• Account management experience in the Cabinet Industry preferred
• Residential/Commercial Builder Industry background
• Jobsite, construction management skills helpful
• Good Oral and Written communication skills
• Results oriented
• Understanding of territory including competition and identifying potential new accounts
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Ability to utilize 2020 cabinetry design software preferred
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Solicits sales of cabinetry to achieve budget and new business growth targets
• Implement strategies for territory to increase revenue and profitability
• Develop business relationships to promote Builder and Distributor sales
• Regular client visits with emphasis on training personnel on Century products and competitive advantages
• Establish new accounts while servicing existing portfolio of accounts
• Maintain integrity and quality business relationships
• Follow Century policies and procedures while promoting and representing company philosophy
• Office will be located in Century’s Feasterville, PA office/showroom location
