Cabinet manufacturer in Leesport, PA looking for front line supervisor responsible for workflow oversight & results. Technical proficiency & knowledge of cabinetry, lumber, millwork preferred.

• Supervise/lead production employees driving consistent results while continuously working to improve established procedures and standards.
• Communicate goals with ability to support and motivate/mentor workforce.
• Directs work; provides clear direction to achieve departmental goals for quality, productivity, and safety
• Collaborates with various departments across the organization to meet corporate goals and objectives.
• Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of managerial experience.
