Finishing Off-Line Sprayer

Century Cabinetry of Leesport, a leading cabinetry manufacturer located in Berks County PA, is seeking a talented Off-Line Finisher to join our team.  As a Wood Finisher, you will play a crucial role in our production process by applying finishes to wood products with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality results.                               Day Shift Monday – Friday 7-3:30 (Voluntary Saturday OT when production demand warrants).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, scraping, or patching imperfections
• Utilize spray guns and other tools to apply finishes to wood products
• Inspect finished products for quality standards and make any necessary touch-ups and corrections
• Able to mix stains and match color samples
• Willingness to help on automated finishing line when necessary due to workload
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Understanding of cabinet finishing and staining techniques
• Ability to follow all safety rules
• Ability to understand instructions and to follow procedures
• Good work ethic required and must maintain a professional attitude
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated and have reliable attendance
• Must be a team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
