Century Kitchens is looking for a detail-oriented system/computer savvy individual to work with our accounting staff to organize and reconcile the invoicing and master contract line items facilitating accurate and prompt payment from customer(s). This individual will report directly to the Director of Accounting and Finance and work closely with the departments of credit/collections and accounts receivables.
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills required
- Confident, proactive, self-starter, motivated, problem solver, goal and results oriented
- Must be mathematically proficient and comfortable working with large databases to extract identified information to develop/track discrepancies
- Should be able to reconcile given two sets of information
- Accuracy and attention to detail are very important as the specialist will be involved with Customer invoices and contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Prior builder industry experience beneficial, (Supply/Build Pro software proficiency)
This position requires working on site in our Colmar office. The position currently is being offered as full-time or part-time offering additional flexibility to qualified candidates.
