Century Kitchens, located in Eastern PA has an immediate Administrative Assistant position available. This role is intended to support the sales/design team, optimizing time and workflow for our builder sales division.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with builder/construction managers to ensure accuracy of orders
- Assist sales team with customer quotes and requests
- Enter and submit customer sales orders
- Design customized layouts for customers using 2020 design program
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with product features
- Provide attention to detail in fast paced working environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the kitchen and bathroom design industry a preferred
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and team focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
